JAX RODRIGUEZ OF MCMURRY UNIVERSITY, a sophomore kicker from Lago Vista, Texas, has been selected the SCAC Football Special Teams Player of the Week for games played Saturday, October 18th. SCAC Football Release (Week 7)
Rodriguez was once again perfect on Saturday going 4-for-4 on XP and 1-for-1 on his only field goal attempt, converting a 33-yarder. He also totaled four punts in the game for 156 yards, averaging 39 per punt with a pair inside the 20 and a touchback. This marks Rodriguez's second-straight Special Teams Player of the Week honor.
