INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. -- The NCAA released the selections for the 2026 Division III Swimming and Diving Championships and Asbury University sophomore Ethan Bonow earned his second-straight invite to the national stage, representing the lone SCAC selection. OFFICIAL PSYCH SHEET | NCAA RELEASE
Bonow, the SCAC Swimmer-of-the-Meet, at the 2026 Championships after securing individual titles in the 50 free, 100 free and 100 fly, setting new championship meet and open marks in the first two of those events and establishing NCAA 'B' cuts in all three. He will represent the Eagles and the SCAC in all three individual events at NCAAs.
He enters the NCAA Championships ranked seventh in the 100-fly (47.36), 12th in the 50-free (20.00) and 18th in the 100-free (44.38). Last year, Bonow became the first Asbury student-athlete in history to become an NCAA All-American after earning 14th in the 100-fly with a time of 48.35.
The championships will be held March 18-21 at the IU Natatorium in Indianapolis, Indiana. Franklin College, the Indiana Sports Corporation and the IU Natatorium will serve as hosts. A total of 579 participants (526 swimmers and 53 divers) will compete in the championships.
Student-athletes qualified for the swimming portion of the championships by meeting the established minimum time for the events in which they entered. Divers will be determined by performances achieved at the regional diving meets Feb. 27-28. The complete list of all swimmers competing in the championships is available online at ncaa.org. Selected divers will be added to the website Monday, March 2.
