MYLES MCGAHA OF AUSTIN COLLEGE, a junior midfielder from Katy, Texas, has been named the SCAC Women’s Soccer Co-Offensive Player of the Week for games played from Monday, October 27th through Sunday, November 2nd. SCAC Women's Soccer Release (Week 10)
McGaha rang home the game-winning goal in the ‘Roos’, 3-1, win over LeTourneau to clinch a spot in the SCAC Tournament for the first time since 2020-21. It was the third goal of the season for McGaha, tied for fourth on the team this year.
McGaha shares this week's honor with Hailey Donaldson of McMurry University.
Other outstanding performances in the SCAC:
Senior midfielder Klarissa Martinez of Texas Lutheran dished out the assist for the game-winner against Concordia, to secure the program’s first-ever unbeaten SCAC regular season. With the assist, Martinez tied TLU's single season record of 11 assists that has stood since 2007 and passed Christy Trevino to become TLU's all-time career assist leader with 23.
