LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. -- The Colorado College women picked up conference road wins at both Southwestern and Dallas over the weekend.
After sophomore goaltender Natalie Slade made a career-high 15 saves to lead the CC to a 10-7 victory over Colorado State University Pueblo on Wednesday night - the Tigers' offense made sure it provided all the cushion needed in Saturday's 23-10 victory over Southwestern and Sunday's 18-2 win at Dallas.
Junior Bella Beattie tied the program record of eight goals to lead the CC to a 23-10 victory at Southwestern (0-1 SCAC; 3-3 overall) on Saturday afternoon. Haley Heinecken scored a season-best four goals for CC, Bella Scola produced career highs with three goals and four points, while Delia Freliech also scored three goals in a game for the first time. Raquel Kurth led the Pirates with three goals and an assist.
CC improved to 2-0 in the SCAC and 3-2 overall with Sunday's 18-2 victory over Dallas (0-1 SCAC; 0-4 overall). Olivia Dossett scored three goals for the second time this week, while defender Zoe Voettiner set career highs with two goals, an assist and three points. Kathleen Rodda made 14 saves for the Crusaders.
