LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. -- All seven SCAC men's teams were on the court this past week, with Schreiner's perfect 2-0 conference mark highlighting the action.

Playing on its home court, Schreiner (2-1 SCAC; 6-9 overall) defeated Texas Lutheran, 9-0, on Friday before earning a 6-3 victory over St. Thomas on Saturday. The Mountaineers game up just four games to the Bulldogs (0-5 SCAC; 1-8 overall) in sweeping doubles while Cole Reed swept 6-0, 6-0 at No. 6 singles and Luis Cabreja picked up his first win at the season on the No. 1 line with a 6-3, 6-3 win. The match with St. Thomas was hotly contested as four of the five contested singles matches went to a third set. After taking a 2-1 lead following doubles, Cabreja, Carson Kirk and Austin Cervantes earned victories at No. 1, No. 2 and No. 4, respectively, to put the Mountaineers over the top.

In other conference matches, both taking place on Sunday, Colorado College (1-1 SCAC; 1-5 overall) picked up a 7-2 home win over Austin College (1-3 SCAC; 3-7 overall) and Trinity (2-0 SCAC; 9-6 overall) earned a 9-0 victory over St. Thomas (2-3 SCAC; 2-6 overall).
