SUWANEE, Ga. - The Millsaps women's lacrosse team earned its first ever Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference victory by beating Dallas, 17-13. Haleigh Williams paced the Major attack with eight goals.

BASEBALL
Two Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) teams posted
wins over ranked teams last week. Ninth-ranked Trinity University
took two of three from 11th-ranked Chapman while Millsaps College
beat 15th-ranked Piedmont, 11-2 on Sunday.
Around the SCAC - Baseball (Week 5)
SOFTBALL
The Trinity Tigers have won four of its last five games and are
off to the programs best start through 14 games in school history.
Birmingham-Southern remained the lone undefeated team in conference
now 6-0 on the year, it is the third time since Kimball Cassady
took over the BSC softball program the Panthers have put together a
win streak of six or more games.
Around the SCAC - Softball (Week 3)
MEN'S LACROSSE
Birmingham-Southern College saw its three game winning streak come
to an end after a 13-8 loss to Adrian in Knoxville, Tenn. Centre
remains the the lone undefeated team in the SCAC, among those that
have played, as Colorado College opens up its season this week.
Around the SCAC - Men's Lacrosse (Week 2)
WOMEN'S LACROSSE
Millsaps picked up its first ever SCAC win in the programs young
history defeating Dallas 17-13 over the weekend. The Majors were
led by sophomore midfielder Haleigh Williams who posted eight goals
in a winning effort.
