Alan Llobet, Trinity University, Men's Soccer (Co-Defensive)

ALAN LLOBET OF TRINITY UNIVERSITY, a junior defender from Missouri, Texas, has been selected as the SCAC Men's Soccer Co-Defensive Player-of-the-Week for matches played from Monday, September 15 through Sunday, September 21.

Llobet led a Tiger defense that gave up just one goal in two SCAC games over the weekend, leading the team to wins over Rhodes and Hendrix.

Llobet also scored a goal and tallied one assist over the weekend – including the weekend’s first goal against Rhodes to give Trinity an early 1-0 lead.

Llobet has two goals and one assist this season, and Sunday marked the defense’s first shutout of the young season. The defense has also given up just 27 shots on goal in seven games.
