DePauw Wins Fourth Consecutive SCAC President's Trophy

SUWANEE, Ga. - The 2008-09 SCAC President's Trophy came down to the last events of the day on Sunday. With only men's and women's golf to be decided, DePauw University turned a 10-point deficit to Trinity University into a 10-point victory and the Tigers from Indiana clinched their fourth consecutive all-sports trophy.

DePauw finished one place ahead of Trinity in men's golf (third to fourth) and three places ahead on the women's side (second to fifth) to turn the point total to its favor.

This year's President's Trophy race marked the second time in three years the final margin was 10 or fewer points.
