SARAH MASTEY OF CENTRE COLLEGE, a sophomore midfielder from Chattanooga, Tenn., has been selected the SCAC Women's Lacrosse Defensive Player-of-the-Week for games played from Friday, March 19 through Sunday, March 25.

On Sunday, Mastey led the game with seven draw controls in Centre's win over conference mate Birmingham-Southern. She also scooped up six ground balls, and had one caused turnover. Mastey also contributed five goals and one assist. On Saturday, Mastey had three ground balls; one caused turnover and two draw controls. Mastey also chipped in offensively as well with two goals and two assists.
