LAUREN
ZEARFOSS OF SOUTHWESTERN UNIVERSITY, a senior
right-hander from Boerne, Texas, has been selected the SCAC
Softball Pitcher-of-the-Week for games played from Monday, February
20 through Sunday, February 26.
Zearfoss was strong on the mound for Southwestern,
posting a .90 ERA while going 2-1 on the week. In 20 innings of
work she allowed 15 hits, two earned runs while walking two and
striking out 17.
