SCOTT PUGH OF OGLETHORPE UNIVERSITY, a junior from Harrisburg, Pa., has been named SCAC Men's Golfer-of-the-Week for tournaments played from Monday, March 16 through Sunday, March 22.

Pugh earned All-Tournament honors at last week's 10th Anniversary of the Jekyll Island Men's Collegiate March 19-22. Pugh followed a disappointing
opening round 77 with a 2 under par 70 in round two and then topped that in the third round with a 3 under par 69. His three day total 77-70-69= 216 placed him fourth in the tournament individually.

Pugh's solid play led Oglethorpe University to a third place finish. SCAC schools also competing in the men's field included Rhodes, Trinity, Centre & Sewanee.
