ETHAN POWELL OF TEXAS LUTHERAN UNIVERSITY, a 6-2, 230-pound sophomore defensive lineman from Florence, Texas has been selected the SCAC Football Defensive Player-of-the-Week for games played Saturday, September 7.
Powell recorded 2.5 tackles for loss, a sack and six total tackles in the Bulldogs' 44-14 win over Southwestern.
Powell has two solo tackles and four tackle assists. His tackles for loss totaled seven yards. Powell's sack went for three yards.
