MATT BARNETT OF SCHREINER
UNIVERSITY, a sophomore right handed pitcher
from Goliad, Texas, has been selected the SCAC Baseball
Pitcher-of-the-Week for games played from Monday, April 14th
through Sunday, April 20th.
Barnett put together a brilliant effort
to lead Schreiner to a game one win over Texas Lutheran University
Barnett went seven complete innings,
allowing only five hits and walking one while striking out one in a
2-0 road win over the Bulldogs
Barnett picked up his fourth win of the
season while moving his ERA to 3.74.
