DARLELE HOLLARD OF TEXAS LUTHERAN UNIVERSITY, the SCAC Women's Track & Field Staff-of-the-Year honor went to the Texas Lutheran staff after yet another outstanding season. TLU won its fifth straight conference title and first title in the SCAC in the Bulldogs' inaugural season.
