TIM HUETTEL OF COLORADO COLLEGE, a sophomore midfielder from Oak Park, Ill., has been selected the SCAC Men's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week for matches played from Monday, October 26th through Sunday, November 1st.
Huettel struck for a pair of goals and set up to others to lead Colorado College to an 8-0 victory over Centenary College in the final game of the regular season on Saturday. Huettel scored the only goal Colorado College needed in the 11th minute for his second game winner of the season. A little more than three minutes later, Huettel found the net with a corner kick to complete his third multiple-score contest of the year. He had a pair of assists in the second half to tie the team's single-game high for the season with six points. The game marked the second time in his career he recorded a pair of assists in a single game.
