Zarr has been a key component of the TLU tennis program during her four years and has been a huge part of the rise of the Bulldogs into SCAC contenders.

During her senior year she garnered All-SCAC Honorable Mention, helping the Bulldogs into the semifinals of the SCAC Championship.

Off the court, Zarr has been a mainstay both in the TLU community and around Seguin. She is involved in numerous campus organizations, including the sorority Xi Tau.

During her time as part of Xi Tau, she has worked with the Guadalupe Valley Women’s Violence Shelter, helping abused women and families get back on their feet.

She has also participated in TLU’s Day of the Dogs and H.O.T. Dogs, days where TLU students devote time to serving the Seguin community. TLU Tennis also hosts “Sweat Sessions”, giving Seguin community members a chance to hit tennis balls with the team.

In the classroom, Zarr has also excelled, landing on several SCAC Honor Rolls and earning TLU’s Athletic Sportsmanship Award this year. She is part of several academic honor societies, including Delta Mu Delta, a business-student honor society, and Delta Epsilon Iota.

A management major, Zarr’s work in the classroom isn’t over. She plans to attend graduate school at the University of the Incarnate Word, where she will earn an MBA.
