Texas Lutheran Advances to SCAC Men's Tennis 5th/6th Place Match

DENISON, Texas – Sixth-seeded Texas Lutheran topped seventh-seeded Centenary, 6-0, in match No. 6 of the 2019 SCAC Men’s Tennis Championships Saturday morning at the Smith Tennis Center. Official Website l Bracket l Postmatch Interview

TLU cruised through the doubles portion of the match, taking a 3-0 lead into singles. Senior Eric Wendt secured the first singles point for the Bulldogs winning in straight sets, 6-0, 6-0, at the number four line before Jared Mason and Nick Roccaforte clinched matches simultaneously to secure a 6-0 TLU victory.
