Matt Fechter, Colorado College, Men's Soccer (Offensive)
MATT FECHTER
OF COLORADO COLLEGE, a freshman forward from
Westfield, N.J., has been selected as the SCAC Men's Soccer
Offensive Player-of-the-Week for matches played from Monday,
September 21 through Sunday, September 27.
Fechter recorded the first two multi-point games of his
career to lead Colorado College to a pair of victories and the 2009
Boddington Memorial Tournament title.
Fechter struck for a pair of goals in a span of
4:59 during CC's 4-1 victory over the Milwaukee School of
Engineering, and then had a goal and assist in the 4-0 victory over
the University of Dallas.
Fechter leads the Tigers with four goals and 10
points and is tied for second with a pair of assists.
