William Lawrimore, Millsaps College, Football (Special Teams)
WILLIAM LAWRIMORE OF MILLSAPS COLLEGE, a 5-9, 175-pound senior punter from Tampa Fla., has been selected the SCAC Football Special Teams Player-of-the-Week for games played Saturday, September 26.
Lawrimore averaged 34.4 yards-per-punt in eight attempts and placed six inside the 20-yard line, including two inside the two-yard line right before halftime in the Majors' 24-6 win over rival Trinity. His longest punt traveled 43 yards while four others were fair caught.
