ALEX KOORS OF
DEPAUW UNIVERSITY has been selected the SCAC
Football Offensive Player-of-the-Week for games played Saturday,
September 12.
Koors, a 6-2 168 pound junior wide receiver from
Indianapolis, Ind. caught a career-high 12 passes for 209 yards and
three touchdowns in the Tigers' 55-7 season opening victory against
Anderson (Ind.). His 12 receptions also were tied for sixth best
for a DePauw wide-out in a single-game while the 209 receiving
yards were good for fifth best in school history for a single-game.
His three scores also tied a school record.
